Accessibility Statement

This Accessibility Statement applies to TrafficSafetySuppliers.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website" and "TSS Website") which is wholly owned by SC Supply Company, an Indiana Limited Liability Company incorporated under the laws of the United States of America.

This Website is not authorized for use by persons under the age of 18 years of age, and as such, disclaims any responsibility persons who are not adults. 

In order to ensure every TSS Website visitor can review the Website information, products and services, the Website incorporates the use of assistive technology wherever possible to facilitate access to all persons.

The TSS Website is internally monitored and is audited from time to time in order to test the accessibility of the Website using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines ("WCAG") 2.1 as a reference standard, and as such, the TSS Website is designed to make it user-friendly for all Members, including individuals who have disabilities.

WCAG establishes best-in-class standards for on-line accessibility, based on three levels of accessibility measurement, namely, A, AA and AAA. TSS strives to publish all Website content that it creates, authors or directly produces in conformance with the level AA standard. However, it is important to note that certain of the content on the Website is provided by third parties, and may or may not conform to WCAG standards.

When auditing and testing of the TSS Website shows that content on the Website is not performing to the AA level, we will use our best efforts to implement improvements to the Website that will help facilitate accessibility for all at this standard.

To the extent possible, the TSS Website will favor service providers based on their capabilities to support AA-level accessibility or better on the Website.

Irrespective of the foregoing, the TSS Website strives to ensure that all third-party content providers are aware of this Accessibility Statement.

Please be aware that links included on the Website may also direct users to different website(s) or digital platform(s) hosted and controlled by a third party or third parties.  These sites and digital platforms, which the TSS Website does not control or manage, may or may not achieve the same level of accessibility compliance as the TSS Website, and are subject to the published and/or written policies and practices of those third parties.
