Our R1-1 Aluminum Stop Signs feature two top and bottom centered, pre-punched mounting holes and can be easily installed on a post, wall or fence. With standard federal radius corners and 3M™ reflective sheeting, this sign meets MUTCD specifications and is designed to be a durable traffic control solution. Aluminum Stop Signs come in the following standard sizes: 18" x18", 24" x 24", 30" x 30", and 36" x 36"

MUTCD Regulatory Stop Signs must use either High Intensity or Diamond Grade Prismatic Sheeting. Please see your local or state guidelines.Stop signs are needed to assign right-of-way at an intersection, not to control speeding. Also, these signs should not be blocked by other signs or vegetation. It is placed on the right hand side of the traffic lane to which is applies. In cases where the road is wide, an additional STOP sign is placed on the left side of the road.
